Exchanges and Refunds

Vision Enhancers will be happy to exchange or refund the cost of items returned within 14 days of order date provided they are returned in resaleable condition in the original packaging.

Customers should inform Vision Enhancers of any damaged goods on the day they are received.

Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us at the address below. Refunds will not be processed until the returned goods have been received. For exchanged goods the standard delivery charge will be applied to re-despatch.
