The task to be carried out must be moved underneath the camera to view. It can be helpful to do this in a regular method.
A helpful method is for the user to read the first line from left to right then go back to the start of this line before moving down to ensure they can keep track of progress, i.e. moving along and back and then down to the next line.
The contrast reversal option available with this device can also be an advantage to make vision easier for some people.

The lightweight portable PrismaHD video magnifier has a stylish adjustable camera stand and integral table. To make the most of itsHigh Definition picture quality it requires an HD TV for display. Magnification is achieved by raising or lowering the camera and refocusing with the large control on top of the unit and the PrismaHD has an auto-focus function. There is space under the camera for writing and the unit folds to 9cm when not in use.

All smaller items (up to 7kg) are delivered for free in the UK using First Class post (Articles for the Blind) and are normally delivered in 1 to 3 days.

For larger items (such as desktop electronic magnifiers) a courier is used for delivery, which costs £10 to £20+VAT, depending on the size and weight. Delivery costs will be calculated during the checkout process before you enter any payment details

Overseas and trade deliveries are charged at cost, which will be calculated once you have entered your delivery address.
