Trade Account Information

Vision Enhancers are happy to accept trade sales. We offer trade accounts with a discounted trade price list for relevant businesses and hospitals. A trade account provides access to our online ordering facility which enables 24 hour ordering at trade prices so that you are able to order when it is most convenient for your business or organisation. We are also happy to accept trade orders by email, phone, fax or post. Copies of our full-colour consumer catalogue can be sent to you together with information leaflets on Living with Low Vision as well as copies of our trade price list which can be sent either as a printed document or electronically. 

Applying for a Trade Account

• To apply for a trade account with Vision Enhancers all you need to do is complete the Trade Account Application form which is then returned to us for approval. 
• Whilst your account is being approved you are still able to place orders at our standard retail prices.  Once your account has been approved the difference in price for your order between our retail and trade prices will be refunded against your next order.
• When your trade account has been approved you will be notified by email. You will then be able to log in, using your email address and password that you used to register the account, to place your orders online at a time convenient to you.

• An easy-to-use website for 24 hour ordering at trade prices
• A comprehensive range of vision aids from well-known and respected brands with good quality optics such as Coil, Eschenbach, Schweizer and electronic magnifiers from Optelec, Visualeyes and Bierley.
• Quality Lighting products for enhanced illumination, from Ottlite and the Daylight Company.
• Supplies of Eye nutrient Vitamins, Nutrof Total, which can help in preventing age related eye disease.
• Optometric and Ophthalmologic input and support.
• A facility to email any queries which will be answered by either a hospital optometrist or directly by an ophthalmic consultant vitreo retinal surgeon with a specialist interest in macular disease.
• Advice on living with low vision and information about the key eye conditions causing low vision which has been prepared by optical specialists with assistance from a Rehabilitation Officer for the Visually Impaired who is himself partially sighted.
• A freephone telephone number for any queries.
