How do I use this product? What will I see with this product?

Magnifying Spectacles or Spectacle-mounted Magnifiers

  • Generally you will need to hold the material very close to your eyes.
  • When you first put the spectacles on everything will appear blurred. To find the best position for viewing after putting the spectacles on gradually bring the material closer to your eyes until it appears clear.
  • It may be easier to move the print from side to side whilst keeping your head still to read, enabling you to maintain the position and distance where you have found the image to be clear and in focus.

The 2.5x Eschenbach Labo-clip Clip-on Craft and Hobby Magnifier can be simply clipped on to spectacle frames. With the labo-clip both hands are free for work with rare coins and collectible stamps and the field of view is not restricted. Feedback has shown this can be a helpful magnifier for professions such as dentists and dental hygienists as well as for a hobby magnifier and magnifying glass for handicrafts. The Magnifying Lens is suitable for binocular use by two eyes and has a comfortable working distance. The magnifier is ideal for crafts and hobbies such as model craft, model building and card design and also for fly tying, tying a fly line. Lens elements easily attached using quick snap closure. Supplied with protective black plastic box.
All smaller items (up to 7kg) are delivered for free in the UK using First Class post (Articles for the Blind) and are normally delivered in 1 to 3 days.

For larger items (such as desktop electronic magnifiers) a courier is used for delivery, which costs £10 to £20+VAT, depending on the size and weight. Delivery costs will be calculated during the checkout process before you enter any payment details

Overseas and trade deliveries are charged at cost, which will be calculated once you have entered your delivery address.
