How do I use this product? What will I see with this product?

Magnifying Spectacles or Spectacle-mounted Magnifiers

  • Generally you will need to hold the material very close to your eyes.
  • When you first put the spectacles on everything will appear blurred. To find the best position for viewing after putting the spectacles on gradually bring the material closer to your eyes until it appears clear.
  • It may be easier to move the print from side to side whilst keeping your head still to read, enabling you to maintain the position and distance where you have found the image to be clear and in focus.

The Labo-clip Clip-on 1.7x Craft Magnifier can be simply clipped on to spectacle frames. With the labo-clip Hobby Magnifiers both hands are free for work with collectible stamps and coins and comfortably looking through stamp albums or coin collections and the field of view is not restricted. The Magnifying Lens is suitable for binocular use by two eyes. The Spectacle Mounted Magnifier has a comfortable working distance even at higher magnifications. Lens elements easily attached using quick snap closure. Ideal for crafts and hobbies such as model craft, model building, embroidery and card design. Also ideal for fly tying/tying a fly line. Supplied with protective black plastic box.
All smaller items (up to 7kg) are delivered for free in the UK using First Class post (Articles for the Blind) and are normally delivered in 1 to 3 days.

For larger items (such as desktop electronic magnifiers) a courier is used for delivery, which costs £10 to £20+VAT, depending on the size and weight. Delivery costs will be calculated during the checkout process before you enter any payment details

Overseas and trade deliveries are charged at cost, which will be calculated once you have entered your delivery address.
