Filter Glasses – Clip-ons

Choose from oval, square or round shape according to which fits best with the shape of your spectacles.
To attach them to your spectacles squeeze the clip to open the clasp. Fit the Clip-ons to the front of your spectacle frame so that the legs of the clip fit either side of the bridge of your glasses.
When wearing the Clip-ons you should not be able to feel the clip and the Clip-ons are very light weight.
The Clip-ons can be flipped up when going inside

The high quality Amber coloured filter clip-ons are worn on top of normal spectacles and can be flipped up as required. Filters absorb the short wave, high-energy ultraviolet and blue elements of the light so enhancing contrast and reducing photosensitivity. The amber filter has a high absorption rate for UV elements of light and still allows an effective transmission of light through the filter. Providing increased contrast and intensifying backgrounds to aid visual acuity particularly suited for Macular Degeneration, Cataract, Glaucoma, Aphacy, Optic Atrophy, Pseudophacia and Retinopathia Pigmentosa and for PUVA treatment.

All smaller items (up to 7kg) are delivered for free in the UK using First Class post (Articles for the Blind) and are normally delivered in 1 to 3 days.

For larger items (such as desktop electronic magnifiers) a courier is used for delivery, which costs £10 to £20+VAT, depending on the size and weight. Delivery costs will be calculated during the checkout process before you enter any payment details

Overseas and trade deliveries are charged at cost, which will be calculated once you have entered your delivery address.
