Stand Magnifier

With the reading material on a flat surface place the stand magnifier on the material to be read over the text you want to see.
You may need to be close to the magnifier to see the text clearly if you need a more powerful magnifier.
It can be helpful to angle the material with a reading stand for a more comfortable viewing position if you need to be quite close to see clearly.
It can be easier to move the reading material from side to side rather than the magnifier as this helps to keep the optimum reading position in place.
Use your finger to help keep your place on text if you view only a part of the text at once due to the size of the magnifier
Bringing the magnifier and object closer to your eye can help to increase the amount to be viewed with an optical magnifier

This 3x Stand Magnifier is one of a range that has a strong durable frame which ensures the lens is held at precisely the right working distance to give a clear and steady magnified image. The Reading Magnifier has an added tilt feature which means that the frame is adjustable so that the reading position can be optimised. The Stand Magnifiers bi-aspheric lens is designed to give a sharp, distortion-free image with its acrylic lens material offering excellent clarity and strength.

All smaller items (up to 7kg) are delivered for free in the UK using First Class post (Articles for the Blind) and are normally delivered in 1 to 3 days.

For larger items (such as desktop electronic magnifiers) a courier is used for delivery, which costs £10 to £20+VAT, depending on the size and weight. Delivery costs will be calculated during the checkout process before you enter any payment details

Overseas and trade deliveries are charged at cost, which will be calculated once you have entered your delivery address.
